Biography in Brief

As an award winning songwriter, recording artist, pianist and record producer, Eddie Reasoner’s music has been featured on ABC’s 20/20, NBC’s “In the Heat of the Night”, The CBS Movie Of the Week, The Lifetime Networks’“Fatal Desire”, Dick Clark’s “Your Big Break”, The History Channel, OLN, The Outdoor Channel, The A & E Network and he is one of the most recognizable keyboard/recording artists consistantly aired on The Weather Channel.

He has been recognized by The White House for his patriotic anthems and has appeared on Entertainment Tonight, American Journal, EXTRA, CNN’s Showbiz Today and Prime Time Country as well as featured in print in Variety, Billboard, Country Weekly, CashBox and other entertainment industry publications.

Eddie has written and produced Outdoor Television theme songs for “The Buckmasters” currently airing on the OLN Network and The Outdoor Channel along with Jimmy Houston Outdoors and John Fox’s Outdoor Adventure Series airing on ESPN and ESPN II.

As a keyboardist, singer and recording artist, he has toured with numerous international acts while collaborating with Grammy nominee songwriters such as Paul Anka, Dan Seals, Wayne Carson, Carol Connors and the late novelist Sidney Sheldon.

His most recent accomplishments of 2007 include a tour of Europe. At Lake Como, Italy while entertaining at the Villa DEste’ he was honored by special invitation to perform his original music at Villa de Giulini on Mozart’s number 2 and 3 piano’s (one of the most prestigious private collections of grand pianos of the world.)

For his documentary film “Once Upon a River” The History of the Cumberland which he filmed, wrote, narrated and produced, Eddie has been nominated to receive an Honorary Doctorate Degree in the Arts and Humanities
